Think in possibilities.
AI, RAG, LLMs, ZK tech. I connect emerging technology to practical problems, and move from “what if” to something we can actually use.
TECH × DATA × HUMAN
I’m Ayco. I connect the dots between technology, data and what
makes people tick.
Then I build things that make a difference.
Not quite a tech person. Not just a data person. Always a people person. My best work happens where those worlds meet.

Strong opinions. Stronger curiosity. I love an idea, but I love knowing whether it works even more. Measure, learn, adapt. Repeat.
I design from the user backwards. Clarity, behaviour and a little delight. Because the cleverest solution means nothing if nobody wants to use it.
Leading a multidisciplinary team to turn a health app into a platform that helped people build healthier lives. Start-up energy. Corporate complexity. Tangible impact.
The story behind the numbersOne multidisciplinary team
Under budget. On time.

App of the Year nominee
Migrated a white-label app to a fully owned native iOS and Android stack on Microsoft Azure. Integrated Databricks to make data-driven experimentation part of the platform.
Connected data science, health science and marketing. Combined gamification with evidence-based design, reaching people in lower socio-economic groups while balancing governance, audits and compliance.
*The healthcare cost result comes from a difference-in-difference analysis (University of Groningen, 2024), as reported in my professional experience. The app was sunset in 2024 after Menzis shifted its focus back to core insurance services.
Give the headline more breathing room.
“That bit needs work” is a feeling. A coding agent needs a brief. I built Rochel to connect the two.

From scrappy beginnings to regulated environments. I’m comfortable with complexity, and happiest when we’re moving forward.
Exploring AI, RAG, LLMs and rapid prototyping within InsurTech.
Fast impact across growth, data, UX and innovation. Finding the signal, building momentum and making things happen in high-paced environments.
Adapt, experiment, fail, iterate. The best way to learn is to build. Still building at MyAlbum.com →.
Different industries, different audiences. A sharp sense of what works, when it works and who it works for.
Innovation within the real world of governance and compliance. Comfortable navigating complex InsurTech environments without losing the drive to make progress.
An MSc, paired with a strong preference for pragmatic, real-world solutions. The learning never really stops.
Open minds. Running. California maki. Plants with impossibly good Latin names. And ideas that connect things that shouldn’t go together. Add a healthy dose of sarcasm.
Strong opinions? Yes. Married to them? No. The point of a discussion is progress.
Probably not your person if you want a yes-person.
Definitely
your person if you want to make it better.
A tiny perception experiment, carried over from my original site. Your eyes have an opinion. Let’s check the data.
